Start the day on a positive note with mantra chanting and guided meditation for Mother Earth. 

Join like-minded people in sharing an uplifting spiritual practice that helps to calm the mind, open the heart and connect you to the Divine Within. 

Leave this session with greater peace and go throughout your day bringing more love into your relationships and the world. 


  • Introductions and check in
  • Intro to Mantra – What is mantra? How to Chant? What does it mean and how to pronounce the mantra? 
  • Mantra chanting (30 minutes)
  • Guided meditation for healing Mother Earth.
What You Should Bring

An open mind and heart is all you need. Japa mala or counter optional. Headphones optional.

What mantra do you use? Can I chant my own mantra?

We use the maha mantra Om Namo Narayanaya. This means “OM I give my respect to the One who abides within All and which All abides within.” 
For this event, we kindly ask that you chant Om Namo Narayanaya. You may chant for yourself, for others or for the planet.
